Job Description:

- Strong experience in Fashion, Handbags, Accessories, Footwear, Lifestyle or related categories.

- Should have handled the end-to-end product lifecycle.

- Strong exposure to vendor management, sourcing and commercial negotiations.

- Experience in sampling, product development and quality management is essential.

- Strong understanding of merchandising, assortment planning and inventory management.

- Proven experience managing category P&L;, margins and commercial targets.

- Robust analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to combine fashion/trend understanding with strong commercial acumen.

- Candidates with experience in a high-growth D2C / fashion / lifestyle brand will be preferred.
