Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telecom Operations Manager to manage telecom projects, field operations, teams, client coordination, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end telecom operations, rollout, implementation, and O&M; activities.
- Lead and manage Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and field teams.
- Monitor project timelines, KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and costs.
- Manage OFC/Fiber, FTTH, BTS, transmission, and telecom infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Plan manpower, materials, and resources for smooth project execution.
- Handle operational issues, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and operational performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and telecom standards.




- Travel to project sites as required.

Qualification & Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of telecom industry experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Strong experience in telecom infrastructure, network rollout, OFC/Fiber, FTTH, BTS, or O&M.;
- Excellent team leadership, client coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, project management, and reporting.
- Experience with telecom operators, EPC companies, or system integrators will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project locations.
