What you will do.

Key Responsibilities

- Reconcile Accounts: Match general ledger balances with bank statements, credit card transactions, and sub-ledger accounts on a regular schedule.

- Investigate Discrepancies: Identify, track down, and resolve variances, missing entries, or duplicate postings.

- Prepare Journal Entries: Post necessary adjusting and corrective entries to correct inaccuracies.

- Maintain Documentation:



Organize support files, sign-offs, and audit-ready documentation to meet compliance standards (such as GAAP or IFRS).

- Process Improvements: Streamline month-end closing processes and assist internal or external auditors as needed.

What we are looking for.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 4+ years of general accounting or reconciliation experience.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).

- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, problem-solving capability, and sound knowledge of basic accounting principles.
