Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in Admission Counselling and should be skilled in counselling students, handling parents, managing leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students regarding aviation training programs, handling the complete admission process, and achieving defined admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation training programs, courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable aviation training programs.
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Manage the complete admission process from initial enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Stay updated about aviation courses, industry trends, and career opportunities.

Requirements

- Prior experience in Admission Counselling is MANDATORY.




- Candidates without relevant Admission Counselling experience will not be considered.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in admission counselling, student counselling, education sales, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Confident and professional personality with a student-focused approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve admission/sales targets.
- Experience in the aviation training/education sector will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be preferred.
