Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to manage and elevate Ravi Kewal Ramani personal brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, social media trends, and audience engagement, with the ability to transform raw footage into compelling, high-retention content.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs of residential and commercial properties.
- Create engaging property walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Plan and execute video shoots based on project requirements.
- Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other video equipment.
- Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.




- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand content requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with current video, social media, and real estate content trends.
- Manage and organize video files, footage, and project assets.
- Occasionally travel to different property sites for shoots.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Videographer / Video Editor / Content Creator preferred.
- Good knowledge of cameras, lighting, framing, composition, and sound recording.
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Understanding of social media formats, especially Reels and Shorts.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Positive communication and time-management skills.
- A portfolio/showreel is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience editing founder or CEO-led content.
- Understanding of YouTube growth, audience retention, and short-form content trends. Basic knowledge of cinematography, framing, and color grading.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest content improvements and new editing ideas.

Portfolio Requirement:

Applicants must share a portfolio showcasing YouTube videos, vlogs, Reels, Shorts, or personal brand content. Experience editing creator or founder-led content will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
