Key Responsibilities

- Develop and coordinate architectural designs, layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical, functional and economical design solutions.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, fire, HVAC and other consultants.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD and preferably Revit/BIM.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and resolve architectural/design-related site issues.
- Manage drawing revisions, documentation and project deliverables.




- Support multiple projects based on Nexfore's project requirements.
- Contribute to improving Nexfore's architectural standards, templates and design processes.
- Support value engineering and ensure designs are practical and construction-friendly.

What We Are Looking For

Must Have:

- B.Arch degree.
- 3–6 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong AutoCAD skills.
- Good knowledge of architectural planning and working drawings.
- Practical understanding of construction and site execution.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle architectural assignments.

Preferred:

- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, commercial or large-scale projects.
- Revit/BIM knowledge.
- Experience in consultant coordination and PMC/Design & Build projects.
- Council of Architecture registration.
