- Land Acquisition & Aggregation: Handle negotiations, purchase processes, and physical possession of land parcels for corporate or infrastructure projects.
- Legal Due Diligence: Review title deeds, revenue records, and local property laws to ensure properties are free of legal disputes.
- Government Liaison: Coordinate with revenue departments, municipal bodies, and town planning offices for land-use conversions, clearances, and permits.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure company operations and real estate developments adhere to local laws, building codes, and regulations like RERA.
- Documentation & Drafting: Prepare sale deeds, agreements, contracts, and official responses to legal notices.
- Dispute Resolution: Mediate and resolve local community issues or administrative hurdles affecting site work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
