- Supervise erection, installation, and commissioning of machinery.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and reduce machine downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor machine performance, efficiency, and daily output.
- Allocate work to machine operators and ensure they follow SOPs.
- Maintain logbooks for maintenance, breakdowns, and spare parts.
- Ensure safety protocols, lockout/tagout, and machine-related compliance.
- Coordinate with production to meet daily and monthly manufacturing targets.
- Ensure proper training of machine operators and helpers.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare procurement and machine service.

Required Skills

- Experience in machine erection, commissioning & maintenance
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of PLC-controlled machines




- Experience in manufacturing/plant operations
- Leadership & team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
