Social Media Manager – Hybrid Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company and personal social media presence. The role will involve planning content, creating posts, managing accounts, and improving engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company and personal accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, and short-form content.
- Write simple, engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Research industry trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent professional image and brand voice.
- Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the management team to collect photos, videos, project updates, and other content.

Requirements





- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Basic skills in Canva or similar design tools.
- Ability to create engaging reels/short videos is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Understanding of business/renewable energy content will be an advantage.
