Expert Resourcing is hiring a Supply Chain Head for a confidential manufacturing client in Bawal, Rewari, Haryana.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, procurement coordination, stores, inventory, logistics and dispatch.

- Drive S&OP; and material-requirement planning to ensure uninterrupted production and on-time customer delivery.

- Define inventory norms and improve inventory turns while reducing shortages, excess and obsolete stock.

- Manage supplier performance, lead times, service levels, cost improvement and risk mitigation.

- Establish SCM processes, controls and dashboards for OTIF, forecast accuracy, logistics cost and working capital.

- Partner with production, quality, sales and finance teams and lead the supply-chain organisation.

- Strengthen ERP/MRP discipline,



compliance and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements:

- Postgraduate qualification.

- Minimum 10 years of supply-chain experience in manufacturing, including leadership responsibility.

- Robust expertise in planning, procurement, vendor management, inventory, warehousing and logistics.

- Sound knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, analytics, negotiation and team development.

- Willingness to work at Bawal, Rewari.

Salary range: ₹11,95,000–₹12,00,000 annual CTC.
