- Overall 5-7 years of experience in Testing, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a JDE Finance Functional Consultant across Finance modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Taxation, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Positive understanding of financial period-end and year-end processes, reconciliations, allocations, budgeting, and consolidation activities.
- Experience in JDE Finance integrations/interfaces with external applications, banking systems, ERP modules, and reporting platforms.
- Working knowledge of Inventory, Procurement, and Order-to-Cash processes and their financial impact.
- Experience leading or managing a QA team of 10+ members and mentoring resources across different career levels.
