Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Production Associate to support daily manufacturing activities, ensure smooth production operations, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines and equipment.
- Perform assembly, soldering, testing, packing, and other production activities as assigned.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain production quality and meet daily production targets.
- Inspect products for defects and report quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Handle materials and components carefully to avoid damage or wastage.
- Record production and quality-related information accurately.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production.
- Follow company rules, safety procedures, and attendance requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
