The Opportunity

We are looking for a builder, not just a manager—a proven business leader who can scale Merits Capital into one of India's most respected wealth institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own revenue, profitability, AUM, and business growth
- Build and lead high-performance teams
- Drive client acquisition, strategic relationships, and new revenue channels
- Institutionalise systems, SOPs, KPIs, and accountability
- Lead Sales, Wealth, Operations, HR, Technology, Finance, and Compliance
- Build future leaders and reduce Founder's operational involvement





Ideal Profile

- 15–25 years of leadership experience
- Proven success in Wealth Management / Financial Services / Capital Markets
- Track record of building businesses and high-performing teams
- Strong revenue orientation, integrity, and decision-making
- Technology and AI-positive mindset

What We Offer

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
