Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ticketing Executive to manage domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel-related enquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and excellent communication skills to provide efficient and professional travel assistance to clients.

Job Responsibilities :

- Handle domestic and international flight ticketing.
- Manage hotel reservations and other travel services.
- Work efficiently on GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Galileo.
- Assist clients with travel enquiries, fare quotations, cancellations, and reissuance.
- Ensure accurate booking details and timely confirmations.




- Maintain solid client relationships through professional communication and service.

Job Requirements :

- 1–5 years of experience in flight ticketing and travel operations.
- Mandatory experience in GDS systems (Amadeus or Galileo).
- Experience in both domestic and international ticketing.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates based in South Goa or willing to commute to Margao.
- Professional attitude with good presentation skills.
