About HiWox

HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation through 9 areas of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building a multidisciplinary founding team across healthcare, technology, product, data and business.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR & Business Operations Officer who can take ownership of building HiWox's people systems, internal processes and business operations from the ground up.

This is an equity-based founding team prospect for someone who wants to work closely with the founders, build scalable systems and take responsibility for organizational execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage HR systems covering recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance management, policies and team engagement.

- Lead recruitment and help build the founding and operational team across healthcare, technology, product, sales, marketing and business functions.

- Create HR SOPs, role structures, KPIs, performance systems and internal communication processes.

- Manage day-to-day business operations and coordinate execution across different teams and functions.

- Establish accountability systems to ensure teams execute according to defined goals, priorities and timelines.

- Build dashboards and workflows to track hiring, tasks, performance, projects and key business activities.

- Support organizational planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, partnerships and other operational requirements.

- Identify repetitive HR and operational processes and implement AI,



automation and productivity tools to improve efficiency.

- Support founders in strategic projects, research, planning, team coordination and execution.

- Help build a strong organizational culture, communication system and operating structure as HiWox scales.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in HR, recruitment, people management, business operations or startup operations.

- Strong understanding of hiring, team building, performance management and organizational processes.

- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable creating SOPs, dashboards, workflows and structured systems from scratch.

- Interest in AI, automation and productivity tools.

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in an early-stage environment.

- Previous startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.

Important

This is an equity-only opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage.

The expected contribution is 20–25 hours per week on a remote, part-time basis. We are looking for someone genuinely interested in building long-term value and taking ownership of a core function.

The founder onboarding process includes 3–4 strategic discussions followed by a 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate capability, ownership, execution and long-term alignment.

Equity will be structured based on contribution, responsibility and commitment, with a 5-year vesting structure for core founding members.

Fixed compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.
