KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take ownership of projects from order handover through installation, commissioning, snag closure and final handover.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and customer installations across locations.
- Prepare execution plans, schedules, manpower and resource requirements.
- Act as the single point of responsibility for customers during execution.
- Lead and coordinate project executives, engineers, installation teams, vendors and contractors.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers and keep them informed of progress.
- Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues before they become problems.
- Handle unforeseen site, logistics, manpower and coordination challenges with speed and practical judgment.
- Monitor timelines, quality, costs, documentation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular project status reports and escalation updates to Management.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within agreed specifications and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct final inspections, snag closure and successful customer handover.

You should be:

- An accomplished project-management professional with strong execution experience.
- Exceptionally organised, proactive and always on top of multiple moving parts.
- A confident customer handler with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Street-smart, solution-oriented and resourceful when confronted with unforeseen situations.
- Comfortable taking decisions and solving problems independently.
- Solid at planning, coordination, negotiation and vendor management.
- Able to lead teams without constant supervision.
- Highly accountable, dependable and committed to delivering what was promised.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing demanding timelines.
- Willing to travel extensively across India as project requirements demand.

A KEY MANAGEMENT EXPECTATION

The successful candidate will become a critical link between Sales, Customers, Projects, Engineering, Logistics and Management.
