About the Role
We are looking for proactive candidates to join our team as a Management Trainee – HR. This role offers end-to-end exposure to executive search and recruitment across diverse industries, including hands-on experience with CXO and leadership-level hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referral networks
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and schedule interviews
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles
- Track industry hiring trends and prepare recruitment reports and market insights
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records throughout the hiring process





What We're Looking For

- 0–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or corporate); freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to hiring

Compensation: 10,000 to 15,000 Per Month + Incentives
