Position: Technical Sales Executive

Mech On Site Private Limited is India's digital platform connecting construction projects with genuine spare parts and certified on-site mechanics. Our mission is to make reliable equipment support accessible across cities, rural regions, remote locations, and challenging terrains where service is often considered impossible.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular field visits to construction companies, infrastructure projects, and construction sites to identify potential business opportunities.

· Meet key decision-makers including Purchase Managers, Plant Heads, Maintenance Managers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Operations Managers.

· Introduce and explain Mech On Site's mechanical services, spare parts, and equipment support solutions to prospective clients.

· Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for generating qualified business leads.

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.





· Coordinate with the internal Sales Team to arrange follow-up meetings, discussions, and business proposals with qualified prospects.

· Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, discussions, and follow-ups.

· Submit daily activity and field visit reports to the reporting manager.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to support lead conversion and business development.

· Monitor market activities and identify potential construction projects and new business opportunities.

· Represent Mech On Site professionally and ethically in all client interactions.

Eligibility:

· Diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical engineering

· Must have a personal 2 wheeler

· Possess valuable communication skills

· Should be presentable
