Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Internal Auditor to join our agile team at Aniket and Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the company's operations and controls.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to address identified issues and enhance internal controls.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure audit processes remain current and relevant.
- Participate in special projects and investigations as required.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
