Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Tele-sales Executive (1+ Years Experience) on behalf of our premium client in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales conversions, qualifying incoming leads, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end sales experience. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and a results-oriented mindset focused on expanding the client's insurance portfolio.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Lead Conversion: Proactively call and follow up on hot leads to drive consistent daily sales conversions.
- Needs Assessment: Engage with potential customers to thoroughly understand their requirements and provide appropriate, custom-tailored insurance solutions.
- Customer Retention: Maintain a sharp, up-to-date understanding of modern industry strategies regarding customer retention and brand loyalty.
- Data Documentation: Keep highly accurate logs and records of all phone calls, sales updates,



and notable customer information for future reference.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate seamlessly with regional team members to meet and exceed individual and team-based monthly sales targets.
- Professional Support: Address customer queries immediately and maintain complete professionalism at all times to protect the brand's experience benchmarks.

Mandatory Selection Criteria:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience inside a professional BPO sales workplace.
- Language Skills: Flawless, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Education: Open to both Undergraduates and Graduates (any discipline).
- Age Limit: Maximum up to 30 years of age are eligible.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable operating within a structured 6-day working week.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
