Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management ● Manage day-to-day social media operations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. ● Create and maintain monthly social media calendars for all assigned brands. ● Plan content based on brand objectives, campaigns, events and business priorities. ● Ensure timely posting, publishing and content distribution. ● Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity and communication. 2. Organic Growth ● Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement and overall organic visibility. ● Identify trends, formats and content opportunities relevant to each brand. ● Analyse what content is performing and continuously improve the content strategy. ● Build strong community engagement rather than focusing only on follower numbers. ● Experiment with Reels, UGC, collaborations, stories, carousels and other relevant formats. 3. DM & Community Management ● Manage Instagram/Facebook DMs and comments. ● Ensure timely responses to customer/member queries. ● Coordinate with internal departments whenever a query requires operational or sales support. ● Identify potential leads, complaints, feedback and opportunities from social media conversations. ● Maintain a professional and brand-appropriate communication tone. 4. Influencer Management ● Research and identify relevant influencers and creators. ● Build and maintain an influencer database. ● Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations, briefs and deliverables. ● Prepare influencer briefs and campaign requirements. ● Coordinate shoots and ensure deliverables are received on time. ● Track influencer performance and prepare performance reports. 5. UGC Content & Scripting ● Develop UGC concepts for different brands and campaigns. ● Write short-form UGC scripts for Reels and promotional content. ● Create hooks, storylines, CTAs and talking points for creators.



● Understand how to create content that feels native to social platforms rather than traditional advertising. ● Continuously develop new content angles based on trends and audience behaviour. 6. Shoot Direction & Coordination ● Plan and coordinate social media shoots. ● Prepare shoot requirements, shot lists, references and content briefs. ● Work closely with videographers, photographers, editors and designers. ● Give creative direction during shoots. ● Help the videographer understand framing, hooks, transitions, B-roll and required shots. ● Ensure the final footage provides enough content for multiple social media assets. ● Coordinate with internal departments, staff, trainers, chefs, salon professionals, influencers and other relevant teams whenever required. 7. Creative Direction ● Work closely with the graphic designer and video team. ● Provide creative references and transparent briefs. ● Review content before publishing. ● Suggest improvements in hooks, editing, thumbnails, captions, visual hierarchy and CTAs. ● Ensure every piece of content has a clear objective. 8. SEO & Social Search The candidate should have a good understanding of: ● Social Media SEO ● Instagram SEO ● YouTube SEO basics ● Keyword research ● Hashtag strategy ● Search-friendly captions ● Content discoverability ● Google Business/Profile content opportunities ● Local SEO for Onerios branches The goal should be to make content discoverable not only through followers but also through search and recommendations. 9. Monthly Reporting & Analytics Prepare a detailed monthly social media performance report covering: ● Followers growth ● Reach ● Impressions ● Engagement ● Engagement rate ● Reel performance ● Top-performing content ● Lowest-performing content ● Profile visits ● Website/lead actions where applicable ● DM enquiries ● Influencer performance ● Organic growth ● Content-wise insights ● Competitor observations ● Next month's recommendations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
