As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. Your role involves driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering intelligent and predictive approaches that leverage automation and cutting-edge solutions to ensure superior product quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to build their capabilities in automation and quality engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and best practices in test automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.

- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
