and innovation initiativesSupport departmental and institutional responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ManagementExperienceAssistant Professor:

0–5 years of teaching/research/industry experienceAssociate Professor:

Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with research publications and academic contributionsEducational QualificationB.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in relevant specialization with First Class in either UG or PGPh.D. in relevant discipline is mandatory for Associate Professor and preferred for Assistant ProfessorQualifications and experience should be as per AICTE norms for Engineering & Technology institutions

Preferred ProfileCandidates with research publications, patents, funded projects, consultancy, or industry exposure will be preferredExperience in NBA/NAAC documentation and academic coordination is an added advantage
