The role involves assisting in design development, contributing to creative processes, and gaining hands-on exposure to our craft-driven approach and Banarasi textiles.Key ResponsibiltiesAssist in creating design concepts, motifs and layouts for textilesSupport the team with mood boards and preparing digital design filesCoordinate with the design team for ongoing projects and maintain organised design documentationRequired SkillsBasic knowledge of weavingBasic knowledge of print designProficiency in Adobe Photoshop and ProcreateStrong interest in handloom and handwoven textilesLearning Opportunities:Work closely with the textile design teamGain exposure to the design development processLearn about Banarasi crafts and textilesPlease Note:This is an in office role based out of our Delhi Corporate Office.The internship duration will be a minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on availability and performance.
