Insights Opinion is looking for an experienced Project Manager - CAWI to manage online sampling projects across global healthcare, B2B, and consumer research studies.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CAWI project execution, online panel coordination, sampling feasibility, API integrations, DIY research tools, publisher networks, fieldwork monitoring, client communication, and vendor management.

Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in project management for online sampling/CAWI projectsPrior experience in market research project management will be preferredExposure to healthcare, B2B, or consumer online research studies will be an added advantageKey responsibilities:Manage end-to-end CAWI/online sampling projectsCoordinate with clients, panels, vendors, publishers, and internal teamsReview feasibility, quotas, timelines, CPI, LOI, IR, and project specificationsWork with API-based sample integrations, DIY tools,



and publisher network partnersMonitor fieldwork performance, sample delivery, quality, conversion, and incidence ratesTroubleshoot project issues related to targeting, redirects, survey links, APIs, and sample flowEnsure timely project updates, reporting, documentation, and issue resolutionMaintain data quality, compliance, and respondent experience standardsRequirements

:Practical exposure to API integrations, DIY survey/sampling platforms, and publisher networksStrong understanding of sampling, quotas, LOI, IR, CPI, redirects, reconciliation, and fieldwork metricsExcellent client communication, coordination, and vendor management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under tight timelinesHealthcare market research experience will be an added advantage
