Primary Responsibilities Include:Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to technical support inquiriesProvide top-tier support to all customers with a goal of first call resolutionEducate customers on system installation/use, and assist in troubleshootingUtilize prior customer support experience to enable customer success and happinessUse problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concernsOutbound calls to current customers to address issues,



when neededSkillset1+year experience in Technical Support or Customer Support EnvironmentProven success in a phone-based customer service or call center positionAbility to understand and determine root causes to customer issuesComfortable with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for consumer electronicsStrong work ethic and the drive to contribute to company goalsClear and effective phone communication skills to ensure all customer issues are resolvedAbility to work independently and in a team settingAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced workplace and excellent time management skillsPositive, can-do attitude and eager for continuous improvementStrong commitment to customer happiness and satisfaction
