We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Newspaper Designer to join our Hindi daily, Nava Bharat. Started in 1934, Nava Bharat is Central India's premier Hindi Newspaper. Operating a total of six editions at Bhopal. Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Chhindwara, and Satna.If you have a passion for visual storytelling, strong layout skills, and an eye for typography in Hindi and English. We’d love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and layout daily newspaper pages in Hindi, ensuring visual appeal and readabilityCollaborate with editorial teams to translate content into engaging layoutsCreate infographics, and visual elements to enhance news presentationMaintain consistency in typography, grid systems, and overall visual identityHandle breaking news layouts under tight deadlines
Requirements1-5 years of experience as a designer (preferably in publications)Proficiency in QuarkExpress, Indesign, Photoshop and Adobe creative suiteKnowledge of infographic design and data visualizationStrong understanding of Hindi & English typography and layout conventionsAbility to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environmentAttention to detail and strong visual sense
