What You'll DoBuild and lead REVO's Residential Solar Sales team in your city.Recruit,
mentor and develop high-performing Sales Consultants.Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.Build local partnerships and referral networks.Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to installation.Help establish REVO as the preferred residential solar brand in your territory.
We're Looking For2–5 years of experience
in
Residential Rooftop Solar Sales .Experience leading or mentoring a residential solar sales team.Strong understanding of rooftop solar, customer financing, subsidies and consultative selling.Excellent leadership, communication and business development skills.A builder's mindset with the ambition to grow alongside a rapid-scaling company.
