Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships.Handle Inbound leads promptly and convert prospects into site visits and final buyers.Understand client requirements, investment goals, and budgets to recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.Property Tours & Presentations:Organize and conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and project presentations for clients.Highlight key features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal/regulatory details of properties accurately.Sales & Negotiation:Guide clients through price negotiations, booking processes,



and paperwork.Coordinate with internal sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal closures.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Experience:

1 to 3 years of proven experience as a

Sales Executive / Manager or Consultant in the
