Core Requirement (Non-Negotiable)Demonstrated application of IS codes and standards including IS 456, IS 13920, IS 800, IS 875 (all parts), IS 1893, IS 2911, IS 1904, IS 3370 and other relevant codes for RCC, steel, loads, foundations and industrial/building structuresHands-on design experience (RCC and steel structures)Ability to independently prepare design calculations and drawingsProven ownership of design packages (not just coordination/review)
RoleCivil & structural design for solar projects (grading, drainage, foundations,
structures)Design of equipment foundations, control room buildings, canopy/steel structuresPrepare drawings, BOQs, and design calculationsExecute deliverables end-to-end with minimal supervisionCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams
