Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Prostho)

* Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the* design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses.* Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve* techniques, and maintain production efficiency.* Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical* accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.* Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical* support,



and ensure timely delivery of products.* Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental* technology trends.* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production-related challenges in collaboration* with the manufacturing team.* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.* Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for* ongoing quality enhancement.* Preparing and Implementing of new SOP

* MDS in Prosthodontics.* Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience* Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses.* Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively.* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.* Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and contemporary dental manufacturing technology is an advantage.
