Middleton Inn is looking for an experienced, friendly, and professional Hotel Receptionist with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations and providing excellent service to hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide skilled front-desk assistance.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage room reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries.
Maintain accurate guest records and front-desk documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Prepare and maintain basic billing and payment records.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby locations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Follow hotel policies and maintain high standards of guest service.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar front-office role.
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
