Architect Responsibilities:

- Utilizes expertise in architectural design, construction detailing, building processes, zoning regulations, and building materials and systems
- Creates conceptual designs, renderings, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Assists with research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

Architect Qualifications / Skills:

- Skilled in delivering elegant and efficient design solutions.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Well-versed in building codes, zoning laws, construction methods, building systems, and site requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Education, Experience

- Bachelors/ Masters degree in architecture




- 3-6 years of architectural experience
