Responsible for managing the overall Food & Beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations, quality standards, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of all F&B; outlets, restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the F&B; team.
- Prepare duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and monitor staff performance.
- Monitor F&B; revenue, costs, wastage, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales, and other departments.
- Plan and execute banquets, events, meetings, and special functions.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, requisitions, and proper storage of F&B; items.
- Conduct regular briefings and operational meetings with the team.
- Develop strategies to increase F&B; revenue and improve guest experience.




- Monitor menu presentation, pricing, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and financial procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to the management.
- Maintain compliance with hotel brand standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a reputed hotel.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and F&B; operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of F&B; cost control and inventory management.
- Ability to manage a large team and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel F&B;/POS systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
