Senior Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Create and Collaborate with the design team to develop high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

· Manage content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules and brand messaging.

· Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

· Participate in relevant Facebook Groups to promote content, engage with the community, and boost brand visibility.

· Monitor social media trends, respond to relevant topics, and identify engagement opportunities.

· Track and analyze performance metrics on each platform (reach, engagement, impressions, etc.).

· Prepare monthly reports to assess campaign effectiveness and derive actionable insights.





· Adjust strategies based on data analysis and evolving social media trends.

· Keep up with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

· Conduct research on competitor activity and market trends to refine content and engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications:

· Proven experience in Organic Social Media.

· Robust understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams.
