Responsibilities:

* Develop creative and functional interior design concepts. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, furniture plans and working drawings.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams.

* Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture and lighting specifications.

* Prepare 3D views, presentations and design proposals.

* Visit project sites and coordinate execution as required.

* Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing and aligned with project requirements.

Requirements

* Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

* Knowledge of 3ds Max / V-Ray will be an advantage.

* Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture and detailing.

* Strong design sense and attention to detail.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Creative, responsible and willing to learn.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
