About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Factory Supervisor to support and supervise daily plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for production coordination, material and stock management, record keeping, labour supervision, and timely reporting to Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily factory, production, and site activities.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and other production-related records.
- Monitor vehicle inward and outward movements.
- Maintain production, material usage, stock, and warehouse records.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Manage and supervise labour and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the Head Office.
- Ensure proper warehouse and stock management.
- Follow company procedures,



safety guidelines, and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of production and factory operations.
- Valuable communication, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day operational challenges.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to work at the factory/site location.
