Location Boise ID or Remote USA India Company Quantara AI is an AIpowered cybersecurity riskintelligence platform that helps enterprises identify quantify prioritize and manage cyber risks across cloud onpremises OT and SaaS environments The platform translates technical cyber exposure into financial and operational metrics delivering tailored insights for Boards CISOs CFOs and Risk Leaders Quantara AI enables organizations to focus on the highestimpact exposures align mitigations with business outcomes and realize measurable risk reduction and ROI With unified visibility continuous compliance automated reporting and realtime analytics Role Description This is not a traditional Product Manager role The Technical Product Manager Product Delivery Lead is a fulltime remote role responsible for driving endtoend delivery of Quantara AI platform capabilities from concept through launch and iteration While this role will contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning the immediate priority is execution delivery discipline and handson technical contribution This role is expected to be approximately 50 product leadership and delivery management and 50 handson technical execution You will work directly with engineers to develop features where needed review implementations validate outcomes from the development team perform testing troubleshoot issues and ensure every release meets enterprise quality standards The ideal candidate thrives in a fastmoving startup environment takes ownership removes blockers drives accountability and works effectively across distributed teams and multiple time zones including offshore engineering teams Key Responsibilities Own endtoend product delivery from concept through release and postlaunch iteration Drive sprint planning backlog management daily standups retrospectives release planning and Agile execution Serve as Product Owner and Scrum Master when needed Translate customer business and technical requirements into transparent user stories acceptance criteria and technical specifications Drive engineering execution delivery accountability and release predictability Work handson with the engineering team to develop features review implementations troubleshoot technical issues and validate solutions Perform functional testing user acceptance testing integration testing and release validation Review product quality before production deployment and ensure features meet customer and business expectations Coordinate Engineering AI ML QA DevOps UX Customer Success and GotoMarket teams Track delivery milestones identify risks early and proactively remove blockers Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback validate product requirements and support implementations Analyze customer feedback platform usage and product metrics to continuously improve the roadmap Work effectively across U S and offshore time zones to ensure continuous progress Foster a culture of ownership urgency quality collaboration and continuous improvement Required Qualifications 7 years of experience in Technical Product Management Product Ownership Engineering or Product Delivery Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products from concept to production Strong handson technical background with ability to contribute directly to development testing and release validation Experience leading Agile Scrum software development teams in startup or highgrowth environments Experience improving engineering execution delivery velocity and release quality Excellent project management sprint management stakeholder management and team coordination skills Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working across distributed teams and multiple time zones Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Business or equivalent practical experience Technical Skills Python Django Django REST Framework PostgreSQL React TypeScript JavaScript REST APIs GraphQL FullStack Development API Integration AWS Docker Kubernetes Git GitHub CI CD Linux System Design Cloud Architecture Microservices SQL Unit Testing Integration Testing Functional Testing Performance Testing Debugging Release Management AI Machine Learning Skills Large Language Models LLMs Custom LLM Development FineTuning RetrievalAugmented Generation RAG AI Agents Agentic Workflows Prompt Engineering Embeddings Vector Databases Machine Learning Deep Learning Neural Networks Natural Language Processing NLP MLOps Model Evaluation Predictive Analytics AWS Bedrock Hugging Face LangChain PyTorch TensorFlow Preferred Location
