Job Description:

Project Management

- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM projects from initiation through deployment and hypercare.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Manage communication between business teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

CRM Solution Delivery

- Oversee Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Customer Insights implementations.
- Coordinate functional and technical teams during requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.




- Ensure CRM solutions align with business processes and enterprise architecture standards.
- Support integration initiatives involving Azure, Power Platform, ERP systems, and third-party applications.

Agile Delivery & Governance

- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Track project KPIs, sprint velocity, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery.

Risk & Quality Management

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure testing strategies, UAT planning, and deployment readiness activities are executed successfully.
- Monitor solution quality and adherence to requirements.
- Manage post-go-live support and transition to operations teams.
