Product Implementation & Support – Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of the product for new customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and configure the product accordingly.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth product setup, deployment, and go-live.
- Conduct product training and knowledge-transfer sessions for customers and users.
- Provide first-level product support and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with the technical/product team for complex issues.
- Track implementation milestones, issues, and customer feedback.
- Ensure customers achieve successful product adoption and realize value from the solution.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and implementation documentation where required.
- Conduct regular follow-ups after implementation to ensure smooth product usage.
- Identify recurring customer issues and communicate improvement suggestions to the Product/Development team.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, support tickets, implementation status, and resolutions.
