1.Call insurance payers to resolve denied and non-denied claims after reviewing PMS and internal systems.
2.Work toward claim resolution through payment, adjustment, and self-pay processes.
3.Identify process improvements, trends, and issues and escalate them to the supervisor
4.Follow workflow documentation, including SOPs, trackers, issue logs, and trend logs.
5.Participate in all training sessions to improve knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
6.Resolve complex patient account issues by investigating system timelines, comments, payer reimbursements, and account transactions.
7.Identify accounts that do not require payer calling and can be resolved directly by the Analyst.

Pay: ₹23,032.72 - ₹25,541.39 per month
