Bright Angle Design & Build is a growing design & build firm working on residential interiors, office interiors and other commercial interior projects, covering both design and turnkey execution. We are a small professional team where you will get hands-on exposure to design, execution, project management, contractors, vendors and clients.

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic all-rounder who wants to learn project execution and grow with the firm.

Role

- 80% site execution, supervision and project coordination
- Manage and coordinate 3–4 projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, vendors, workers and clients
- Drive projects on site and ensure quality, progress and timely execution
- Coordinate regularly with the Principal Architect / Design Manager
- Prepare regular site reports, updates, measurements and progress reports
- Handle basic petty cash, site purchases, bills and expense records
- Assist with vendor negotiations and material procurement wherever required
- Maintain professional, ethical and transparent working practices
- Be willing to take ownership and go the extra mile to get projects completed
- Be comfortable handling both major and minor site-related responsibilities when required

Who We Are Looking For

- Architecture or Interior Design background
- Freshers, recent graduates or candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience are welcome
- Candidates who are still completing their education may also be considered, provided they can commit to full-time work
- Good understanding of interior execution and construction practices
- Strong communication,



coordination and reporting skills
- Ability to confidently deal with contractors, workers, vendors and clients
- Positive negotiation and basic accounting skills
- Preferably someone with their own two-wheeler / means of transport. (Not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes and execution practices
- Strong work ethic, honesty and willingness to take responsibility

Design Skills — Preferred, Not Mandatory

Candidates with knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, 3D modelling, rendering, interior detailing and working drawings will be preferred.

There is also an opportunity for an all-rounder to gradually transition between execution and design responsibilities, based on performance and capability.

Working Conditions

- Office Location: Deonar / Chembur Mumbai
- Working: 6 days a week - Flexible holidays
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Transport Allowance: Provided separately over and above the salary for candidates using their own vehicle for work-related travel
- Probation: 3 months
- Reporting: Principal Architect / Design Manager
- Joining: Preferably 1 September 2026, latest 15 September 2026

For Candidates with Design Skills

- Practical Design Test: One-bedroom + washroom project
- The test will include 3D modelling, renders and working drawings, including furniture, electrical, lighting, plumbing and false-ceiling details
- A reference CAD file will be provided. Candidates will be expected to match or exceed the level of detailing and quality demonstrated in the reference file
- Candidates will also receive a basic design brief and conceptual references
- Two days will be provided to complete the assignment, including design, modelling, renders and working drawings
- Candidates will be assessed on: Quality of design , Creativity , Drawing detailing , Technical accuracy , Quality of 3D modelling and renders , Ability to communicate and explain their design clearly
