Manager – Production (Premix)

Company: Sudeep Nutrition Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production activities for premix manufacturing.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, material availability, and production efficiency.
- Ensure production as per SOPs, BMRs, GMP, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D;, Warehouse, Engineering, and Planning teams.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality.
- Identify production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Drive productivity, yield improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
- Ensure proper production documentation and audit compliance.
- Lead, train, and develop the production team while maintaining safety standards.





Qualification & Experience:

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Production, preferably in Premix, Nutrition, Food, Pharma, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Robust knowledge of GMP, HACCP, production processes, and documentation.
- Good leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
