Job Description – Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase Executive

Qualification:-Graduate/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:-3-5 Year

Salary:- 30K-35K

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, and site requirements.

· Obtain quotations from vendors and compare rates, quality, and delivery timelines.

· Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.

· Coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements and delivery schedules.

· Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

· Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.

· Track material inventory and avoid shortages at project sites.

· Maintain purchase records, invoices, and related documentation.

· Coordinate with accounts department for bill verification and payments.





· Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget requirements.

Required Skills:

· Positive knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/IMS software.

· Good communication and coordination abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Graduate/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Experience in procurement of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing materials, and site consumables.

· Knowledge of vendor development and rate analysis.

· Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
