About the Role

Prosira Advertisers is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, generate quality leads, and strengthen our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

· Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid campaigns.

· Generate and optimize quality leads through digital platforms.

· Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversions, and ROI.

· Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.

· Coordinate with the content and creative team for campaign requirements.

· Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication.

· Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.

· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.





· Good understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.

· Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media marketing is an advantage.

· Solid analytical and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
