Salary: ₹15,000 per month onwards, negotiable/increasable based on qualifications, experience, and performance
Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Marketing Manager to join our Tata Motors workshop in Jammu. The candidate will be responsible for promoting workshop services, attracting new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing marketing strategies to increase workshop business and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate should have relevant educational qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, along with a positive understanding of marketing and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase workshop customer visits and revenue.
- Promote workshop services through digital and offline marketing channels.
- Generate new customer leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Manage social media presence and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the workshop and service teams to understand and promote available services and offers.
- Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships in Jammu.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and track campaign performance.
- Support customer-retention and referral programs.
- Represent the workshop professionally when dealing with customers and local businesses.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is required.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Marketing or a relevant field will be preferred.
- Prior experience in automobile, dealership, workshop, sales, or service marketing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Good knowledge of the Jammu local market will be an advantage.
