- Conduct assessments to identify functional and developmental needs
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient requirements
- Deliver occupational therapy sessions
- Work with children/adults with developmental delays, sensory issues, or disabilities
- Educate caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
- Track and document patient progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physio, speech, behavioral therapists)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master's in occupational therapy (BOT/MOT)
- 4-5 years of clinical experience
- Experience in pediatric or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Robust clinical reasoning and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
