Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to support the supply chain operations of a leading global technology company focused on data center infrastructure. This is a fully remote opportunity based in India and requires at least three hours of overlap with the PST time zone. In this role, you will analyze complex supply chain and supplier data across equipment records, purchase orders, delivery commitments, and operational metrics. You'll partner with global stakeholders to identify data gaps, validate data quality, track supplier performance, investigate delivery issues, and deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines solid analytical skills with proven leadership experience. You should have experience leading teams and driving initiatives while also being hands-on and comfortable diving into the data yourself. Successful candidates are highly skilled in Excel, dashboards, databases, and large datasets, with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and influence decision-making through data-driven insights. Skills and Requirements -5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field - 2+ years of experience leading teams -Strong experience working with large datasets in Excel, SQL, CSV files, dashboards, and reporting tools -Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting -Experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries -Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data gaps, data quality issues, and root causes -Experience analyzing supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, or operations data -Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders -Ability to balance leadership responsibilities while remaining hands-on with day-to-day analysis and execution - Experience supporting data center, technology hardware, manufacturing, or infrastructure supply chains - Experience analyzing supplier performance metrics, lead times, capacity planning, or delivery commitments - Experience creating automated reports or dashboards - Experience leveraging AI or automation tools to streamline data analysis and reporting processes
