About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of HR, including employee documentation, HR coordination, hiring, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Support in maintaining employee records, documentation, and HR trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and employee-related coordination.
- Help maintain HR data and ensure timely updates of relevant records.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support the HR team throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
