We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Jewellery Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our jewellery showroom in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail, sales management, customer handling, team supervision, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily showroom operations.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to improve performance.
- Handle premium and high-value customer interactions professionally.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium showroom experience.
- Assist with inventory management, stock verification, and jewellery security procedures.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.




- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, festive campaigns, and promotional events.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and operational reports with the Store Manager.
- Support staff training and ensure discipline and professional grooming standards.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in jewellery retail or premium/luxury retail.
- Solid sales and team-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of jewellery sales and basic product understanding.
- Strong numerical and operational skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer-handling ability.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during festive/high-footfall periods when required.
- Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands will be preferred.

Compensation

₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and current compensation.
